【Activity Information】
▪Event dates: One session each on 05/04 (Saturday) and 05/05 (Sunday).
▪Activity time: 14:00-15:00.
▪Event location: Dome Hall of Jordenice Castle.
▪Participation quota: Each event is limited to 30 people (5 levels per event, 6 people per level).

② MVP Baby Award: Among all participants in the 2-day event from 05/04 to 05/05, the one with the lowest finishing seconds will be provided with an accommodation voucher for “Evergreen Hotel (Chiayi) Weekday South Courtyard View Superior Family Room for one night”.

【Activity Methods】
① Please complete registration and check-in before 10:30-13:00 on the day of the event.
② Parents are required to present their “Baby Health Insurance Card” or “Baby Handbook” when checking in to facilitate verification of participation qualifications (if the age does not match, or does not bring relevant documents, the competition qualification will be disqualified, and those who have already entered the kindergarten will not be refunded, please understand) .
③ When checking in, parents should sign the activity consent form and receive the activity number plate.
④ After registration, participating children and their families should wait in the contestant lounge for admission notification from the staff. The staff will roll call the entry numbers step by step, and the contestants of the next step will prepare in the waiting area.
⑤ MVP Baby Award “Evergreen Hotel (Chiayi) Weekday South Courtyard View Superior Family Room for 1 Night” Accommodation Voucher:
※The organizer will calculate the finishing seconds of the participating babies on the two days of the event on 05/05 (Sunday). If the contestant with the lowest finishing seconds is the contestant on 05/05 (Sunday), the MVP Baby Award will be awarded on site; The contestant with the lowest race seconds on 05/04 (Saturday) will be notified by phone before 05/08 (Wednesday) of winning the MVP Baby Award and will receive an accommodation voucher by mail.
✔ Telephone notification for prize redemption instructions:
▸The organizer will send out the consent form to receive the prize before 05/15 (Wednesday). The winner must fill in the consent form to receive the prize.
▸Winners who have won the prize will be notified by phone and must return the prize acceptance form before 05/22 (Wednesday) to ensure that the winner agrees to the relevant precautions before they can receive the prize.
✔ Instructions for using accommodation vouchers:
▸This voucher provides one night’s accommodation in a superior family room with south courtyard view on “weekdays” (Sunday to Thursday), including buffet breakfast for 2 guests.

【Contest Regulations】
① The time limit for each rung of the competition is 2 minutes. Competitors must “crawl” within the prescribed track to the finish line, and the race will be considered complete only when their whole body has crawled across the finish line. The contestant with the fewest seconds in each rung will be the first to win the Super Speed Baby Award; those who finish within the 2-minute time limit (excluding the Super Speed Baby Award winners) will receive the Baby Finisher Award; the Super Speed Baby Award and the Baby Finisher Award Awards for other activities will be awarded on-site after the end of the day’s competition.
② After the event from 05/04 to 05/05, the number of crawling seconds of the baby on the 2nd day of the event will be calculated. The person with the lowest number of seconds will win the MVP baby award. The award will be presented on-site on 05/05, or the winner will be notified by phone before 05/08.
③ Considering the circulation and safety of the venue, each participant is allowed a maximum of 2 parents, one at the finish line and one at the starting point with the baby in their arms. The remaining relatives and friends (including other children) are not allowed to enter the competition venue. At least 1 parent must be left at the starting line and finish line (positions cannot be changed during the competition). If the rules are violated, the participant will be deemed to have given up.
④ Before the start of the competition, babies are not allowed to cross the starting line; during the competition, parents are not allowed to cross the starting point, finish line or enter the track to interfere.
⑤ It is prohibited to throw food, drinks, large props, toys or any objects into the track to avoid affecting the safety and rights of other participants.
⑥ If parents pull or hold their baby to cross the finish line, it will be deemed as a waiver.
⑦ Those who do not crawl forward during the activity (such as standing, walking) will be deemed to have abstained.
⑧ The entire competition will adopt a manual timing system, and the results will be subject to the announcement by the organizer. The results of timings and video timings outside the competition will not be accepted.
⑨ The participating children must have no history of heart disease, hypertension, myocardial infarction and other related diseases.
⑩ During the event, you must follow the instructions of the on-site staff, and all actions will be taken with safety as priority.
⑪ Due to environmental hygiene, both babies and parents are required to wear socks before leaving the game.
⑫ The actual specifications of the prizes are based on actual products, and the organizer reserves the right to adjust.
【Other notes】
① If the registration fee is not received before 15:00 pm the next day after registration, the registration will be automatically canceled (if it is a holiday, it will be automatically postponed to the next working day).
② After the remittance is completed, a text message will be sent before 18:00 on May 2, 2024. You can enter the park with the text message serial number on the day of the event.
③ One registration form can register a group of people (2 large and 1 small) for 399 yuan. If there are multiple groups to register, please fill in multiple forms.
④ When registering on the day, parents are required to show their “Baby Health Insurance Card” or “Baby Handbook” to verify their eligibility. If they do not bring either of them, their qualifications will be disqualified and no refund will be given.
[Instructions for Cancellation of Remitted Money]
① If you cancel the competition before April 29 (inclusive), the full registration fee will be refunded, but each remittance will be subject to a handling fee of 30 yuan (30 yuan will be deducted from the registration fee for a refund).
② If you cancel the competition after 4/30 (inclusive), the paid registration fee will not be refunded; those who have made reservations but do not attend will not be refunded.
