Ticket Regulation

Those who are eligible for preferential treatment/free tickets must bring valid IDs for inspection on the day of visit. Those who do not bring them will be counted as full tickets.
All kinds of tickets and public relations tickets have a validity period based on the date printed on the ticket. Tickets that are expired or altered will be deemed invalid and cannot be used.

Re-entry

If you need to re-entry the park, please go to the entrance to have hand stamps for re-entry into park.

Photography regulations

The park is open for general visits to take photos, and is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Photography activities that require “non-general visits”, or are deemed by the management unit to “affect other tourists” or carry props will not be allowed until the opening on November 1. Applications for wedding photography open at 10 a.m., please refer to the wedding photography application page for related fees and methods. (Special photography includes wedding photography, business photography, cosplay, outdoor photography, etc.).
Do not record videos, turn on flashes, broadcast live broadcasts, or carry tripods, self-timers and other photography auxiliary equipment indoors/in the park. Photography is not allowed in controlled areas such as smart factories and R&D centers. Finally, our staff do not provide photography Service, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Special photography other than wedding photography (including commercial photography, cosplay, outdoor photography, etc.), if it is a profit-making activity, or the photography will affect other tourists, you must apply for admission to the park for commercial photography; the applicant must submit an email for the commercial photography plan To photoapply@jourdeness.com.tw, ​​the plan must include the shooting date and time, as well as the expected entrance equipment, shooting subjects and costume props, as well as the expected use, purpose, and location of the finished product (online URL or physical exposure location). The park will review those who have no concerns about affecting the brand image and cooperate in filling out a consent form. Only after obtaining consent can you enter the park for commercial photography.

Pet Regulation

The park is only open to small dogs and cats (within 10 kilograms). In compliance with the park’s rules for keeping pets off the ground, pets must be placed in pet cages or carts when entering the park. Appropriate protective measures must be taken when necessary and a pet entry consent must be filled out. If you cannot cooperate, you will not be allowed to enter the park.

Pet admission fee: Free admission.
To borrow a pet stroller, you must present your ID/card and a pet stroller cleaning fee will be charged: RMB 100/car.
Dog pets: Only small dogs are allowed to enter the park, but dangerous dogs (pit bulls, Japanese Tosa dogs, Neapolitan dogs, Argentinian dogs, Brazilian File dogs, mastiff dogs) are not allowed to enter garden.
Owners are required to bring their own drinking water, meals and litter bags, and clean up and take away pet excrement to keep the park tidy. They should also take good care of their pets under any circumstances to ensure that they do not disturb others.
If a pet disobeys instructions or behaves aggressively, the owner should take the pet away from the park immediately. If there is any harm to other people, pets, or damage to other people’s property in the park, the owner will be solely responsible.
If a pet damages any facilities in the park or causes property damage in the park, the owner shall compensate according to the price.
If the pet owner is unable to comply with the above regulations, he must comply with the requirements of the park management and take the pet out of the park, and shall not ask for refund or compensation.

Wheelchair/stroller rental regulations

  1. rental location
    Service Desk: Rental of wheelchairs and strollers is available.
    Rental fee: Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented free of charge.
    You must pay “an identity card” or “a deposit of NT$1,000” and fill out a “wheelchair/child stroller/pet stroller rental form”.
    Usage restrictions
    (1) Wheelchair: The load limit is 100 kg.
    (2) Children’s stroller: Only one infant or toddler weighing less than 19 kilograms can ride.
    When renting and returning, both parties must check and verify the appearance, function, and number of accessories of the rental items on site.
    The lessor is responsible for the custody and maintenance of the leased property, and shall be responsible for compensation if it is damaged or lost. (An invoice will be issued for receiving compensation)
    The scope of use of the rented items is limited to the park, and the renter should return it to the rental location before leaving the park; if it is not returned and there is no intention to return it after being reminded by the company, a letter with a certificate of deposit will be sent and the debt will be demanded in accordance with legal channels.

Forbidden

According to the Chiayi County Autonomous Regulations on the Control of Firecrackers and Fireworks, the discharge of fireworks, fairy sticks and other firecrackers is prohibited in the park.

Any other business

In order to maintain the safety of visitors and the integrity of the facilities and environment in this park, visitors to the park are required to abide by the following regulations:
one. The park’s indoor facilities service hours: 08:30 to 19:00.
two. Anyone under any of the following circumstances is prohibited from entering the park:
1. Those carrying dangerous goods.
2. Those who drink heavily and behave licentiously.
3. Rental and sale of items or amusement equipment and other activities without consent.
three. The following behaviors are not allowed in Zuomei Castle. If the offenders fail to correct themselves after being advised, they will be dealt with by the park guards or on-duty personnel in accordance with the law:
1. Fighting, gambling, disturbing public order, etc.
2. Nakedness, open defecation, indecent behavior or other inappropriate behavior.
3. Climbing and breaking flowers and trees, damaging lawns or facilities.
4. Setting off firecrackers, fireworks or other dangerous behaviors that may cause fire.
Four. Please enjoy within the trail system and pay attention to warning signs. Climbing trees, crossing guardrails and exceeding area boundaries are prohibited to maintain safety.
five. This park has implemented a complete ban on indoor smoking (excluding outdoor smoking areas) in accordance with the Tobacco Harm Control Act. Violators may be fined up to NT$10,000.
six. Swimming, paddling, and fishing are prohibited in quiet pool areas and fountains to prevent drowning.
seven. The trails and stairs in the park often have fallen leaves and branches, are muddy and slippery, bumpy or have height differences, so please be careful.
8. This park is an orthodox European garden in landscaping design. The ground in the garden is paved with natural stone. Please wear flat shoes to facilitate walking. Please do not run, chase, or jump.
9. If you are unable to safely go up and down the stairs due to physical factors or on-site environmental factors, please do not use the stairs. Please take the elevator, use the barrier-free ramp, or contact the service staff for assistance.
10. Parents (or accompanying adults) should accompany and supervise children at all times after entering the park, and do not allow them to run, chase, or jump in the park to avoid falling or injuries due to collisions.
