Once you accept to be a user, you agree to use this service and agree to the following regulations.
User Code of Conduct
Users who use this service shall bear all legal responsibilities if any of the following circumstances occurs:
•Use wireless networks to post, transmit or store any emails, information or files that are threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, obscene, pornographic, offensive, contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise in violation of any law.
•Send aimless emails such as spam or other advertisements without the consent of the email recipient, causing trouble to the other party or damaging their communication equipment.
•Publish, spread or store viruses, or any other behavior that is capable of interfering with or affecting the normal operation of the computer system.
•Publish, transmit, retrieve or store any behavior that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, or excerpt, resell or reproduce other people’s information without authorization.
•Influence or damage the operation of this service system, or increase the burden on this service system.
•Intentionally steal, destroy or alter other people’s information.
•Selling, providing or promoting various goods or services that violate laws and regulations.
•Entrust, instigate or use others to engage in various acts or services that violate laws and regulations.
Impede or affect the rights and interests of other users to use this service.
•Other violations of laws and regulations.
Personal data collection methods and privacy protection
•The user’s online login to this service is deemed to have consented (equivalent to the written consent of the Personal Data Protection Act) to the site administrator and network service provider to collect the IP and MAC addresses of their connected devices, and the use of wireless adapters ( AP) location, usage time, browser used, etc., and agree to retain relevant records (LOG) generated by server automation.
•Personal-related connection information collected by this service will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of China and related laws and regulations.
Jordenice International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jordenice) will fulfill the responsibility of keeping personal information confidential and will not provide, rent, exchange or sell users’ personal information to other groups or individuals at will. Except for the following circumstances:
•Cooperate with legal investigations by judicial agencies or units.
•Send publicity and activity information, system announcements or other services provided by Jordenice through the personal information filled in by the user.
Exclusions and Limitations of Liability
1. Due to changes in the service environment, system maintenance requirements or other force majeure, Jordenis may adjust, suspend or terminate the service without any liability for damages to users.
2. This service is only provided based on the current functions and current conditions of each service hotspot. If high-frequency interference occurs due to environmental or other wireless signal factors (such as signals from microwave ovens, Bluetooth devices, or other wireless devices) (Such as packet loss, momentary disconnection, etc.) or other types of obstacles that cause direct or indirect losses or damages to the user, Jordenice will not be liable for any damages.
3. Due to the wireless transmission technology used in this service, there is no guarantee that the data transmitted by the user will not be illegally intruded, destroyed, attacked, or captured by a third party. If this results in direct or indirect damage or loss to the user, Joden will Nice is not responsible for any damages.
4. If the user’s use of this service results in direct or indirect damage or loss, Jordenice will not be liable for any damages.
Applicable law and legal liability
•These regulations are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (excluding the Law on the Application of Foreign-Related Civil Laws or other similar regulations).
•For all disputes involved in these regulations, the Taichung District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
•If any part of these regulations is invalid, it will not affect the validity of other parts.
•Users will bear all legal responsibilities for all infringements that occur on this service. If necessary, Jordenis may report it to relevant agencies or units for handling according to law.
Regulation amendment
•Jordenice reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time and announce the revised content on the free wireless Internet on the website of the Castle Biotechnology Park of Jordenice without prior notice. If the user continues to use this service, it will be deemed to agree and accept the additions or modifications to these regulations.
