Wedding photography reservations

To enter the castle, those who meet any of the following requirements must apply to the official department of Jourdeness Castle:

(1) Photography activities involving profit, consumption and benefit.
(2) Carry large photography equipment, such as tripods, slide rails, light stands, etc.
(3) The risk of the filming process affecting other tourists and movement routes.

Appointment rules

  • Shooting time: “Reservation-based” monthly application quota is limited, and shooting is only open on weekdays (shooting is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).
  • Team size: Photography team members are limited to 5 people (excluding newcomers).
  • Additional services: Provide contact personnel, same-day photography permit, parking space in the park, and 1 changing space.
  • Photography fee: Wedding photography costs 5,000 yuan per unit for 2 hours (no charge will be made within 30 minutes of overtime, and an additional unit fee will be charged if it exceeds 30 minutes); other commercial photography charges will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shooting range: The area within the park that is open to visitors for photography.

Time of reservation

  • After making an online reservation, there will be at least 3-5 working days of operation time. Please pay attention to the time.
  • The park reserves the right not to accept photography applications that are too close to date!
  • After making an online reservation, another letter and call will be sent.
  • Please fill in the correct contact number and email address, and pay attention to the incoming message. Those who do not respond within the time limit will be deemed to have given up.
    If there are any unfinished matters, they will be displayed on the reservation form.

Reservation method and process

  1. After reading these regulations, click the [Online Reservation] button below
    Once the form is completed and sent, the online reservation is completed.
  2. After the applicant makes a successful reservation, within 3-5 working days, the park will confirm the date and time, and will provide a consent form for photography and send it to the email address provided by the applicant. Please confirm that the email address information is filled in correctly.
  3. After the consent form is sent, the applicant is required to read the consent form carefully within 5 working days, sign and return the consent form to the following email address after confirming agreement.

  4. After the park confirms receipt of the signed consent form, it will send back a confirmation letter. Only after receiving the confirmation letter, the reservation application is completed!
    *Remember to exchange the original confirmation letter and consent form for a photography permit on the day of shooting, and pay on site!

Other terms and conditions

  • If the remittance and the signing of the consent form cannot be completed within the above timeframe, the reservation time will be considered forfeited, and Château de Jourdeness has the right to make the time available to other guests.
  • Please be respectful of other visitors when taking pictures. Park management will not close the park to other tourists while photography sessions are taking place, and photoshoots should not affect other visitors.
  • Château de Jourdeness reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
