How to buy tickets
paper ticket
You can queue up to purchase on-site at the ticket booth at the entrance of the park from 09:00~18:00 every day.
The discounts for corresponding ticket types are mainly for seasonal events.

The 1st of every month is Chiayi Day. If you are registered in Chiayi (please bring your identity document when purchasing tickets), a cleaning fee of NT$100 will be charged for admission to the park on the 1st.

Precautions
- Limited-time discount tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- The usage of KKday and Klook electronic tickets is based on the platform specifications. Please read the instructions on the platform where you purchased the tickets.
- Voucher usage instructions On the back of the ticket, there is a [Product Coupon] that can be used for that ticket type.
Product discount coupons
- Denomination: NTD$100
- Only one item of a single price is allowed. It will be taken back after use and no change will be given.
- Combinations of two or more discounted items are counted as one item.
- Product discount coupons can only be used at designated counters in the park. (Not applicable: markets, brand stores, restaurants, supermarkets)
- After entering the park with the ticket, any exchange or refund will not be accepted.
- Discounted prices cannot be used twice.
